Issues with email attachments

    Those who reported issues with uploading/viewing email attachments have confirmed they're no longer experiencing any problems and we're not receiving any new reports of problems.

    We're receiving reports that affected users are now able to upload and view files again. We're continuing to monitor.

    Filestack are continuing to work on a fix. They have confirmed that any attachments sent already will become available once a fix is implemented.

    Our third party file storage service Filestack have identified regional SSL related errors on cdn.filestackcontent.com. Filestack are urgently investigating the issue and hope to provide more information shortly (https://status.filestack.com/).

    As a workaround we've identified that the majority of users experiencing the issue seem to be using a Virgin Media internet connection. Try switching to a mobile connection to download any attachments.

    We will continue to work with Filestack on this issue.

    We've had reports that some people cannot upload/open email attachments sent via ChurchSuite. We are currently investigating the issue.

Email delivery delays

    Mailgun has fixed the issue causing email delays and is now monitoring the emails as the backlog of emails is delivered. We will resolve the issue here but if you do experience any further issues with sending emails please contact us at support@churchsuite.com and we will do our best to help you.

    Mailgun are continuing to work on this incident, so email delivery may still be delayed. We have reports that emails are eventually being delivered so do not resend emails at this point. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide the next update once Mailgun has resolved the email delivery delays.

    We have reports from one of our email providers, Mailgun, that there are delays in delivering emails. They have identified the issue and are in the process of implementing a fix. We will update this status page once we have more information.
