We have implemented a temporary fix. New email attachments will now be delivered from 'cdn.filepicker.io' which does not appear to be blocked by any ISPs.
Unfortunately email attachments sent in previous emails may still be blocked by ISPs (those still on 'cdn.filestackcontent.com')
We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing, we are working with our file hosting supplier to solve the issue with existing attachments and images.
