We have had reports from some users that they are unable to upload email attachments. We believe this only affects customers of TalkTalk who use their HomeSafe filtering product which is blocking access to our third party file storage service for email attachments.
As a workaround we suggest adding 'cdn.filestackcontent.com' to the HomeSafe allowlist or using an alternative internet connection like your mobile network.
